United Kingdom Please Allow Up To 14 Days
Rest Of The World Please Allow Up To 30 Days

Please ensure you have the correct delivery address on your PayPal account

Items are sent via Royal Mail first or second class

Most new releases and merch are sold on a pre-order basis, and ship on the approximate date given, when everything is ready. Please check before emailing, or opening a Paypal dispute

If there is a problem with your order we will email you! Please check the Paypal email you ordered with

If your order doesn't show up, please send a pleasantly worded e-mail or message explaining the situation, rather than instantly opening a Paypal dispute and possibly putting the label at risk

If your item is legitimately lost (and let's face it, these things happen, Royal Mail suck) we will always honour your order and send a replacement
